Essential Leadership Programme
The objective is to consistently develop and transform participants' personal leadership in order to succeed in the task of effectively leading oneself, one's collaborators and teams.
This programme can be carried out in different formats. It is originally taught intensively over five consecutive days, but can also be carried out over the same duration in blocks of 2 or 3 days. In addition to the specific leadership content, it incorporates experiences that involve emotions and corporeality, working on management development in an integral way.
