Programmes for steering committees: CODIR 4.0
We propose an intervention designed for the first line of management where the work of the Steering Committee and the tools for the management of collaborators are addressed.
Purposes
The objective is to accompany as a facilitator the client's management team in its strategic discussion and definition process.
- To know first hand what the CEO expects from his Committee.
- To work together as a management team to clearly establish the foundations for the success of the CODIR.
- Develop individual action and improvement plans that encourage habit building with the new practices identified.
- Practice and strengthen the working style we have identified as the best for CODIR.
